I moved to London in 1992 to study art at Goldsmiths' College but graduated with a
BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication Design from
Central Saint Martin's in 1996. Since then I have helped organisations reach those hard to please individuals and target groups that demand honesty, transparency and quality far beyond mission statements and grand visions. I have honed and used my extensive knowledge about popular culture, arts, design and creative leadership in various positions to create strategies and operational excellence within communication, brand and concept development, storytelling and innovation.
Since 2018 I am the communications director for
Skap, which means I spend the lion's share of my days trying to enhance life for professional music makers. I am more than happy to debate Big Tech:s strangle hold on the creative industries and argue for why we have to modernise copyright protection to give art creators a fair chance to make a living.
